How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Opened fragrance can be returned only if defective or damaged. Items must be in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team with your order number.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or damaged products, we provide a prepaid return label. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely. Return shipping address will be provided upon request.
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
